Egg Yolk Jubilee’s music is quintessential New Orleans, a mix of many different genres that have made this city so iconic in the music world. There’s some jazz, some funk, some blues, some rock - they call it Heavy Brass. Despite some tragedies that they had to endure during recent years, they never lost their humor.
